With nearly 30 years of experience in business consulting, Larry Guzzardo has earned a reputation as one of the best dental consultants in the industry. His hands-on consulting program delivers practical, common sense solutions to improve dental practice productivity. In addition to his consulting business, Larry is co-founder of Scheduling College, an online training and certification program designed to improve scheduling processes and enhance the patient experience. He is also a faculty member at the Dawson Academy. Larry has delivered countless presentations including, “Winning Patient Acceptance of Fine Dentistry,” “Working with You is Tearing Us Apart,” and “The Leadership Challenge.”
Long:
Larry Guzzardo began his career more than 25 years ago as a training specialist. He delivered in-house training programs that focused on active listening, customer service, stress management and career development. Quickly recognizing a need in the dental industry, Larry shifted his talents and experience exclusively towards dental practice management.
Over the past two decades, Larry has helped countless dentists across the United States to improve the practice efficiency and profitability. His dental consulting program is tailored to the individual needs of each office, focusing on there main things:

• Leadership Development
In 2014, Larry co-founded Scheduling College, an online training and certification for dental practices that utilizes phone service skills and productive scheduling to increase profitability and enhance the patient experience.
Larry also teaches patient communication at the Dawson Academy. He is a professional speaker on topics related to dental practice management. Popular talks include, “Winning Patient Acceptance,” “Business Communication Systems,” and “The Leadership Challenge.” Larry has co-authored two books: “Getting Things Done: Successful Men Speak” and “Powerful Practice: Leading Consultants Share Strategies for Practice Success”.
Outside of his consulting business, Larry actively promotes adult literacy in the community by volunteering to serve on the Board of Directors for Project READ as chairman of the program development committee.
